Thomas M. Clark is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from College Misericordia. He began his career as a Law Clerk with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's Office of the Chief Counsel. Mr. Clark is a former Senior Deputy Public Defender with the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. While working in the Public Defender's Office, he was able to litigate numerous Felony cases before both judges and juries.
The majority of Attorney Clark's practice is focused in the area of family law. Over his years of practice, Attorney Clark has handled hundreds of family law cases. He provides representation through all phases of family law including:
- Child support and custody
- Divorce
- Property division and surrounding issues relating to real property transfers, business valuations, pension valuations, etc.
- Support Cases (Spousal support, Alimony pendente lite and alimony)
- Counseling and preparation of prenuptial and post nuptial agreements
Attorney Clark is an aggressive attorney who fights diligently for his clients. A majority of Attorney Clark's practice occurs in surrounding counties, which include: York, Dauphin, Cumberland, Adams, Perry and Franklin. While Attorney Clark is prepared to litigate every case, he also recognizes that his client's interests may be better served by fair settlement, rather than protracted litigation. To that end, Attorney Clark is able to work with and advise his clients on what may be the best result in their individual case.
